The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board has published the list of candidates who passed the November 2025 online Computer-Based Test for paramilitary recruitment.
Secretary to the board, retired Maj.-Gen. Abdulmalik Jibril, announced on Saturday in Abuja that shortlisted applicants will now move to the next stage: physical screening and document verification.
Applicants who sat for the CBT in November 2025 should log in to the CDCFIB recruitment portal from June 15 to June 20, 2026 to confirm if they made the list.
“Applicants are required to log in using the application number generated at the time of initial registration,” Jibril said.
Those shortlisted must upload their credentials and pick a date and venue of their choice for the physical screening.
The recruitment covers five agencies under CDCFIB: Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC .
Nigerian Correctional Service, NCoS . Federal Fire Service, FFS .Nigeria Immigration Service, NIS . CDCFIB itself
Jibril stressed that the entire process is free. “No money should be paid by applicants to any individual, agent, group or organisation claiming to render assistance with shortlisting, venue allocation, document upload, access to screening venue or final selection,” he said.
He urged the public to ignore fake recruitment messages, fraudulent links and anyone claiming to represent the board. “All official updates shall be communicated through the CDCFIB recruitment portal, as well as approved official communication channels,” he added.
The board secretary reassured Nigerians that the exercise will be conducted transparently, credibly and based on merit, in line with existing recruitment rules.
Applicants are advised to follow all instructions on the portal carefully to avoid disqualification.
