How To Get Federal High Court Affidavit Online Without Going To Court
By Victor Idajili

Nigerians can now obtain Federal High Court affidavits from anywhere without visiting any court premises.
The court has launched an e-Affidavit portal under its Electronic Court Management System (ECMS) that allows applicants to register, fill forms, upload documents, pay and download a verified affidavit online.
The portal, which operates under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, offers different types of affidavits including change of name, correction of date of birth, loss of documents, change of signature, next of kin, marriage, banking and general purpose.
It also lets applicants track their application and download completed affidavits after approval.
